I-league club East Bengal launched their football team in a glittering ceremony at South City Mall in Kolkata. The ceremony saw the East Bengal team for next season being unveiled. 

Apart from launching the team, East Bengal also took a big step towards club merchandizing by launching a brand of deodorant named the “East Bengal Deo”
